The estate is called Howard Baker or Barker, and off the top of my head it's called Falcon Foxglove I think.
He stated his goal was to rid the streets of Burnley of Parkwise. But i've looked at his Parkwiser website and it no nearer completion now than it was then, and that is last summer.
