YEs, this will be a right waste of money.
It won't be long before it either rots because it's made of rubbish or it gets vandalized and is rendered useless.
It might have been better to spend the money on something that the residents of Burnley can actually use rather than something to keep people living at the bottom of the hill awake on windy nights :-) |
