 McEwen/Culeen family in Burnley
Hi all,
I live in Buckinghamshire and I'm trying to find out more information about my family who have been connected with Burnley for over 150 years. My main research at the moment concerns the Culeen/McEwen circus, the Gaiety Theatre which the family owned and the Cattle Market hotel which I believe they also owned. Thomas McEwen/Culeen was my great great grandfather and I'd love to know more about his family.
I've joined this site in the hope that someone out there might be able to help me with this. Do any of you older members happen to have any details of the family or old photographs relating to the above?
