I support them by advocating the removal of the idiots that put them in harms way.

This was a war based on lies and without vision.

George Bush sr. had a definate agenda with the first Gulf war. He made it clear that they weren't going to go into Iraq and that he had no intetion of occupying it. He saw the problems, gave the military clear objectives to accomplish and told them what NOT to do. Then he stepped away and let the war experts do the job they were trained for.

Whereas, George jr. has only been saying "We're going to WIN!" Only now, with dialog about training Iraqi forces and pulling out, are we getting a possible glimpse of what "Winning" might actually mean. But for the most part there is no real and definative agenda or objective.

Until there is an actual goal to accomplish, this war will go on for a long time. People will continue to die from insugents and the occupation will not end. AND the military atrocites against civilians will increase because no one has told these soldiers just how far they are allowed to push it.

I want to see the soldiers come home, the Iraqi people govern themselves and peace return to the area too. And if anyone has real common sense and wants the same, they will take it up with the moron that started this conflict.
