Limits, well more like guidelines lol
I'm not too happy about Pendle way being made 20mph, it's hardly a residential road, it's more of the main road down here, the side streets being 20 is OK though.
I know all about the speeding, I used to live on cog lane where they would speed down & take off on the hump outside my door. |
