I notice ParkwiseR in the paper this weekend, telling everyone about the Bankfield lines problem.
Thing is that they are never specific about exactly what the law says about the broken lines & how exactly they MUST be for the parking enforcment to be correct.
Bit like the IR, keep us in the dark & hope we pay. |
