Make sure it was a full 5 mins from the expired time, ie. If it expired at 15:05:16 the ticket must be issued at 15:10:16 and no sooner. They are supposed to be giving a full 6 mins now for overstays and yellow lines from what i've heard, but this could be wrong. |
