yeh, but its still littering tho innit. perhaps a few £50 fines here n there, then u might not bother. just think of it like this, would u like it if someone was outsided your home, revving engines, or leaving them running, then chucking cigar butts onto the road next to their house, it wouldnt be reyt much fun now would it? |
