Usha is one of the nicest Indian restaurants I've ever been to. That's on Rossendale road. Really nice inside too and great service. Then there's Jade Palace at Earby, the food there is excellent. The Rose and Bowl is nice but it's just a pub really. If you want somewhere a bit more special then the first two I suggested I can highly recommend.
