Morning Mattylad
Its a fact of life in a lot of the areas of Burnley, most people would like to move to a "better" area but a lot of people will never be able to, we in the community have to work hard to create neighbourhoods that are safe for all with better play facilities and more controlled green areas to encourage kids and young teens to mix and play together rather than indulge in destructive and threatening acts.
