NB are just as bad for not turning up, I caught the NB Lomeshaye service for many years & there were often days when the driver did not bother coming into work or would miss the bus station out all together.
The drivers for both companies are as bad for not turning up or missing stops etc.
The difference being that with B&P they have a proper procedure for these things & the drivers get a rollocking, with NB the depot just don't give a t0$$. |
