Anyone noticed the water co. advertising how good they are and how lucky we are to have them? - Expect a big price-hike in your water rates next time.
I'd rather have a windfarm next to my house than a nuclear/fossil fuel power station. I'd have one on my roof if it was practical/legal.
What about geo-thermal heat exchangers for new-build housing and public buildings? Made with energy-efficient recyclable materials. Surely Burnley would be a great place to implement this new(ish) technology with all the plans for new buildings flying about at the moment. |
