Hi Jason, I used to live in Colne up to about 3 yrs ago, i was in the Patton/ exchange street area and the number of smackheads was crazy. I remember one incident on Exchange st, when a certain dealer who shall be called G, was being bust it was like a scene from a sitcom. The police were trying to get in his house and he was running running along the roofs trying to get in attics to escape i peed myself laughing. Anyway they got him and the next day he was back and business as normal. it makes me sick.
