Well Prattylad, It seems that most Burnley folk are unaware of the proliferation of the mobile phone masts and yes they take on many disguises so dont be FOOLED by their appearance.
You mention "that one at the happy eater roundabout, not the Gannow top one. I know of the happy eater (or should I say happy easter) phone mast so where is this other mast?
I dont live in Burnley so could you give me more details of the location and how you think that equipment is contained somehow and how you interpret 'monitoring equipment'? I wasnt inferring an April fool, take my word for it, theres no requirement for any other transmitters other than cell-phone masts...
I'll try an get over ASAP to gannow top (roundabout?) and see whats goin on...
