It is private airspace though. If you are part of the shopwatch thing then its OK to listen. To be honest I can't see many people bothering about that and with the police and fire service on tetra there's not much reason for getting into bother.
I know there still being fussy about listening to airplanes. You are allowed to listen to the coastguard though (as long as any transcievers have channel 0 blocked, recievers only are OK) |
