I rang & asked about Cardboard (which incidentally is what makes up about 80% of our waste packaging) and was told that they are looking into doing it, but not for a while yet.
As for washing out tins etc, there is no need to, all the waste gets burnt off when oit goes through the system.
Taking lids off pop bottles is only them not wanting to do it, if I take the lid off after squashing it, the bottle wants to expand again & not stay as flat. no ta. |
