Nobody on this site knows michael jackson. Nobody on this site really knows the ins and outs of the trial, what he is being accused of or his defence to it all. All we are hearing as the public is the side of the media and the side of the family accusing Michael Jackson, we do not know the truth and probably never will.
Michael Jackson may or may not be guilty, his career is ruined whatever happens now. Would you put millions into giving him a record deal?
In my oppinion Michael Jackson is innocent this time.
I think this is what happened:
Michael jackson was guilty the first time a case like this was mentioned which is why he paid the family of to stop the case (or he may of not been guilty but not wanted to go through what he is going through now)
The new family making this claim saw that the other family got paid $millions to drop the case and decided to have ago. Michael jackson thought that if he pays this family of aswell (be it true or not) people will be doing it all his life throwing accusations at him to get the money. He decided to go to court hoping that he will get found innocent.
