I think it's only in the concept stages yet.
Although I'd have thought it would be much more in keeping with the area & local traditions to have some art made out of local quarry stone, heck even a new stone wall would be better :D
And why Crown Point?
It would only give the "people" that go car parking up there another excuse to say why they are there (and I don't mean those that genuinly want to see the view). |
