I agree those who collect waste as a business should pay for tipping. But it is those who are wanting to get rid of household waste that are charged as well at times. I had new fencing put up and the council wouldn't pick up the old said I had to take it to the tip myself. The only way I could do it was to hire a van and they wanted to charge me because they said it was commercial waste.
