We have all dipped into our pockets to help, many more than once as various shops and workplaces have held collections. Let us not forget that the money given by the UK government is from taxes, not that I have any quibble with that. But that is also the man in the street giving again through this way, it is not the governments money as such.
So with Burnley Borough Council always saying they want more Community Charge every year and having not even enough money to ensure our dustbins were emptied over the holiday period, would you support money going out in this way if they decide to follow this suggestion? |
whats the bins been emptied got to do with anything? get a job on the bins if your that bothered.
