The government will probably have a target for how many new houses are to be built, Wimpy probably have the contract but probably can't be bothered to look for a property that the owner actually wants to sell. And why should they, when they have the power of the government behind them? I think the guy who owns the land should agree to sell the land for 90% of the profits that Wimpy stand to gain. |
