I signed one similar some time ago before the changes...........
It's also intresting to note that the 'type of death' in the way that death is registered has also changed since the move of A&E to Blackburn, where previous it would have been 'DOA' (dead on arrival) if the patient died on route to hospital, now since the move if you die in an ambulance or the hospital in both cases it is now registered as: died in hospital........ That only confirms fears by the trust itself, which are probably now statistics however we will never know the true statistics due to the manipulation of wording and statistics available to the public and media!!! |
