Re: I am spitting feathers at Tesco online shopping home delivery service! Well I'm still waiting for the apology I am supposed to have got from them! Busman rang them the night of the non delivery to ask about getting his debit card refunded and explained that we hadn't got the shopping because of the van driver. The person he spoke to said he was appalled and that he'd get onto whoever was responsible and someone would phone me to apologise the next day. That didn't happen so he phoned them again and the guy said someone would definitely phone me - I'm still waiting.
