Re: I am spitting feathers at Tesco online shopping home delivery service! I've used Tescos Online when my son was tiny, arranged it for Saturday afternoon, It didn't turn up!!! When I rang to enquire where it was I was told the van had broken down and they could not say when I would receive it. Was told it may be Sunday but it may be Monday. I told them to forget it as I was running out of milk, veg and bread.
If I had not rung to find out, I doubt Tesco would have contacted me and they were a bit funny when I asked for a refund. I have used ASDA since and have found them to be very good. |
