It's usually just a case of plugging it into your pc and a menu should pop up asking you what you want to do. If not, you might have to find the software cd that came with the camera and install that first.
Once you've got to that stage it's just a case of copying the photos across to a folder on the pc. I think it's best to delete memory cards once you've transferred the pictures by using the camera itself (via menues). Some camera cards don't seem to like being emptied via the pc.
