I felt very saddened by this incident, that a man died, protecting his son, in this way. My condolences to his family and to the whole of the Burnley community, who I am sure are feeling the effects.

Also, though lots of people won't agree, to the Police .. they must be feeling low that they didn't do enough to prevent this killing.
