iagree with you on the cafe and coffie shops opening late.if you go to manchester or liverpool in the city centers the night life is very diffrent with the coffie shops and cafe's and posh bars open late you get a more chilled out atmosphere.not like burnley when all you get is 5,000 people trying to get drunk as quick as thay can between 7:00 and 1:00.
maybe a few posh wine bars might help.with chilled out jazz music playing in the background.(just an idea) |
