Re: RLS - Restles Leg Syndrome have found a cure! Well works for me. Stop wearing tight shoes including trainers. Take a calcium and a magnesium supplement every day and drink quinnine water at night (with vodka if you like) Done this for a month now and not had restless legs once. I wear crocs for work now instead of trainers, far more comfortable but the young 'uns laugh at me!
