I think the company concerned was Cineworld (don't quote me) ..can't imagine this lot backing down Lippycow, and will now bounce off to other groups. Also, imagine going to the one in Burnley .. which I think is extremely good ...and the indignity of having your bag searched .. would put you off enjoyment of the film all night. Have done both in the past ..bought theirs and taken in for my own kids and grandaughter ..all part of the night, isn't it. Anyway, they seem to do OK .. always a queue at the stands for their watered down coke and tasteless popcorn. The prices though are horrendous !! |
