My stress? over the years was both at work and at home, clearly remember driving to work one day and then pulling into a service station? I could not go any further,absolute fear and panic. Had to phone my wife and ask her to help me? Lost my highly paid job and needed serious counselling, told my doctor that I would not take the drugs prescribed as they were mind changing?
It took me five years to come to terms with the fact that I had some sort of breakdown? to this day I will never know what? happened, but I can remember that darkness! no peace or quiet,seemed to be a continuous question and answer game? why? me Lord, why? me?
This is the first time that I have ever written this down, please accept that I have felt a need to respond to your question?
