You get your eyes tested at the high street opticians and then get your perscription and the form is on line and you put the info from your perscription onto their form and pick your frames and away you go,there is a bit more to it but everything is explained and quite simple to do i have found alot of good reviews about them she would save well over a hundred pounds if she uses them
