I understand what you've both said, where I am it's hard to find a NHS dentists so you have no choice as to where you go and yes I agree, it costs quite a few bob and thats just for a check-up yet alone any kind of treatment.
Although one should obviously go for regular check-ups, should you miss one or perhaps a certain number they strike you off the list which is a bind, as I said I don't have one near me, and that granted, private one can be like that as well.
Last time I when to an NHS dentist was in Nelson, Redferns, I think they were called if memory serves me right, anyway that's over ten years ago and didn't find them a bad dentists, not sure what they are like now, if indeed they are still going that is. |
