Heath Ledger has been found dead.
Police have confirmed that he was found at his New York homestead.
Early reports have claimed police said that his death may be drug-related.
He apparently had a massage appointment booked at his Soho apartment, and when the housekeeper went to tell Heath the masseuse had arrived, she found him.
He did not respond when they shook him, and the two called police, The New York Times reports.
