I used to curse the ad company's for "stealing" classic tracks to flog their products, but I've come to terms with it now. it can bring a new audience to the music as well so that's a good thing...I keep telling myself.
The Wrigley's ad was a good 'un, nearly all the Levis' ads were great too, I especially liked this one:

Another favourite is the Dunlop tyres ad that uses The Velvet Underground's "Venus in Furs". Totally over the top cod-surreal imagery, but so different to anything else that was around at the time:
