Ok, gothic arches, cathedral,sort of, yes, this place is known for it. What do you associate bats with? And, apart from Transylvania, where else would you associate this to? This will hopefully give you the town where part of what I have on my tv is known as. Another clue would to ask if anyone has seen Simply Red's ''Holding Back The Years'' vidoe? You're on the right tracks with a bird, but the type is more associated with water!!!
