Thanks for the offer, I am all for this self sufficiency lark but I dont think I have the expertise to produce my own herbal stuff - all to do with 'monitoring the concentration achieved in the end product'. I haven't seen any dog rose bushes around here - perhaps they are more prolific where you are.
I do make my own bread, bicuits, cakes and kefir(yogurt) - us retired folks have the time to eat healthily and need to save the pennies too by eating all home made.
