I have got my Glucosamine out of the cupboard again to give it another try now - I don't think I gave it a fair trial before -I have read it can take a few months before benefits can be felt. As for the rosehip tea, I have just had a grocery delivery this week so wont be having another for 2 weeks, but I have looked on the Asda website and they dont appear there - will have to look on the old faithful ebay for a supply - or make a shopping trip (heaven forbid - hate shopping trips)
