Default Re: Rose hips for arthritis

I use Glucosamine tablets for my creaky joints. I have to say that I was very sceptical about its efficacy...but it does seem to work for me.
I have had joint pains in my hips and knees ever since I went through the menopause.......it was never diagnosed as Arthritis, but my GP did say something about menopausal arthritis (i didn't have any tests to confirm arthritis)...I was put onto Voltarol to start off with and then when the practices were managing their own budgets i was changed to the generic Diclofenac.......and found this to be less effective (OK......I know it shouldn't be, but it is).
I started on glucosamine about 18 months ago for ease from a frozen shoulder....and found an immediate improvement....not just in my shoulder, but my hips and knees too.
I would not be without it now.
