the girl had been in care since the age of 4.......and according to the defendent was 'precocious'......some stories say that she offered him consensual sex...but that is what he says.....he also said that she was wearing a frilly bra and a thong......and he thought she was 16.....but even if she was 16 does that give him the right to rape her?
This same judge in another case of paedophilia, suggested that the perpetrator bought his victim a bike by way of compensation.
What planet do these judiciary live on? and how do they think these lenient sentences make them look? |
