 Re: Worst part of your job
The worst part of my job is the pure lack of team work.
We have to all work to the same standard or else other people are having to work doubly hard in a very hard job to try and compensate for the ones that are lazy.
It winds me up no end. 12 hour shifts are hard enough without having to carry other people. If you have a job.....do the job you're bloody paid for and conserve your energy by working instead of trying to find ways out of working.
Life would be much simpler. |
