This made me laugh. I found it in the Evening Telegraph web site.
It wasn't the accident that made me laugh (( I'm sick but not that sick))
Man 'poorly' after car park plunge
A man fell from the top of Blackburn car park onto Lord Square, Blackburn at 4pm today.
The man, believed to be in his 40s, was rushed to Royal Blackburn Hospital where his condition is described as poorly.
Police officers were on the scene almost immediately and an ambulance arrived within minutes after he fell.
It was the comment left by this chap....................
The council have been very busy actually...wasting our money.
Fine examples include speed humps that only wreck vehicles, buying sculptures from the USA, breast feeding classes for MALE employees, free driving lessons (for Asians only), maze designing..... ooops I meant flooking up the town centre one way system so drivers eventually give up and shop in Accrington.
So dear Council Tax Payer, that is where your hard earned cash has gone !
p.s. I wonder if the guy who fell off the car park still has a car parked there...he will probably jump off again when he gets the final bill !
