I can knit, crochet and used to make all my daughters dresses when she was growing up....I even recovered a sofa.....though I had never done anything so large before. (it was like eating an elephant with a teaspoon)
All my handiwork skills are self taught as I hated needlework when I was at school....and most of my prowess has been of necessity rather than anything else.
I love photography though I'm not sure I'm much good at it......I do calligraphy too......and have been known to compose the odd verse or two. |
