It is much harder to lose weight if you are female....and it gets harder after the age of 40.
I don't get on the scales anymore...i know from my clothes if i have put a few pounds on.
Being menopausal means that i no longer have much of a waist.....and i have a chest that Davy Jones would be proud to own (OK....I know his was a locker - well mine rhyme with locker). |
