the main local channels in use esp in the east lancs aera if you own a scanner and wish to tune in is between 144.0000-145.9875
144.0000 - 145.5500 are simplex channels ie person to person
145.5500 - 145.8000 are local rep networks ie a person transmitting on 5w in burnly speacking to some one in darwen via the accrington rep which boosts the transmitting and rec signals |
